Staff Software Engineer
Hinge HealthWe are looking for a Fullstack Staff Software Engineer to help lead Home pod initiatives. This team’s goals center around increasing billable activities in users by offering flexible, personalized activity variety on the Home screen and the explorable Library. You will be part of a team responsible for shipping highly effective, engaging, and easy-to-use features for these screens. You’ll work closely with design and product teammates to help author the strategic roadmap, create and prioritize a backlog of ready work, and seek and destroy blockers to daily progress to help Home maintain laser focus on its goals.
Fullstack engineers contribute to their team’s success by building and extending secure, scalable services and exposing clear, well-tested APIs that power beautiful client applications. They also add seamless and practical features to Hinge Health applications. Fullstack engineers design and implement end-to-end solutions, profile their systems to stay out ahead of scaling bottlenecks, and help maintain a high bar with thoughtful and constructive code reviews. Staff software engineers collaborate with teammates to tackle the hardest features in a sprint and deliver foundational architecture improvements in small, safe patches. The ideal candidate thrives in a highly collaborative, cross functional environment.
