We’re looking for a sharp, self-motivated, problem-solving Senior React-Native Developer to join our Platform engineering team. As a Senior React-Native Developer on the Platform team, you'll help ensure that CompanyCam's engineers have everything they need to be happy and productive. From small improvements to our experimentation framework, to updating our eventing library, to improvements to our mobile release process, to exploring how we adopt react-native’s new architecture - your days and cycles will be a mix of smaller and larger projects. But every day you'll own a project from start to finish and be encouraged to pitch your own ideas to continually improve our platform and processes. Most importantly, you’ll actively contribute to the evolution of the culture and processes of a growing engineering team, especially our client engineering discipline (this is what we call the devs who work in React and React Native). We want want senior devs with opinions on patterns, code organization, and processes to help make sure our codebases scale healthily, and an interest in mentoring to help make sure our devs do too.
