The Segment Teams | Micro team aims to improve the lives of people who are self-employed entrepreneurs in Brazil, enabling them to obtain more income, reduce costs and bureaucracy in sales and to be able to efficiently manage their money through the development and management of products with a high degree of technology, offering self-service in commercial dynamics and problem solving. We are in a market with approximately 20 million entrepreneurs, working on building solutions and technically managing an app with millions of users, growing at a fast pace and ensuring a relevant contribution to the company's revenue. Therefore, our responsibility is to build the value proposition, refinement, implementation and operation of products that meet the demands of individual entrepreneurs who use financial services in a simple way and mix the individual with the legal entity, offering payment and banking services. The Growth team is dedicated to some tools such as bottom-sheet and screen lock that are already used by the product team to create new journeys without the need for development. We are currently working on improving the experience of these tools so that in the future we can make significant progress and thus have an experience that is entirely Server Driven UI.
